Refund and Returns Policy
At Coffee Rhythm, we want you to love your purchases. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help. Our goal is to ensure a seamless return and refund process for you, just as we hope to offer you the perfect blend of style and comfort in every garment.
Returns
We gladly accept returns of unused and unworn items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition and packaging, with tags still attached.
Items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return. Please note that we cannot process returns on sale items or gift cards. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on intimates or swimwear.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, simply contact us at [email protected]. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we'll guide you through the return process.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we made an error in your order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so that we can resolve the issue. We will offer a full refund or send a replacement item if necessary.
